davidcrosbie4@btinternet.com - Left the RAF in 1984, just enough to get the pension. Worked for RCA (Now SERCO) in Gloucester for three years. Since then have been with BT and am now a Senior EMC Consultant. Most week-ends I drag a caravan around behind the car and take it to the continent as often as possible. Have taken up golf in the last year, as has my wife Pat, with the only handicap being the clubs and the ball. Retired from BT after 17 years as an EMC consultant in September 2004 & moved to France with my wife Pat. Now supposed to be enjoying the quiet life (if that's what you can call it) and I have never been so busy in my life and enjoying every minute of it After four very enjoyable years in France we have now moved to Scotland. The main reason for the move back is due to family (mainly grand-daughter). | ||||

This is Sarah here, Darryl’s daughter. I’m not sure if you know or not but Dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s last year. It would appear that he had been masking his symptoms for a few years. With my brother and I living in Cornwall it had become increasingly difficult to help Dad with all the things he needed help with and we made the decision to move him to a home in Newquay last year. He has settled in and has good days and bad days as is the nature of this awful disease. Could you please pass this on to his old friends and kindly remove him from the mailing list as he is no longer able to receive them. If anyone is interested in keeping in touch with Dad via the post or to visit if in the area, they can contact me and will be happy to pass on his contact details. Kindest regards - Sarah (Coffey73@hotmail.com) |
